Your smile is important to the Family Dental Health team and we are excited to partner with the University of Iowa Community Credit Union (UICCU) to assist our patients with Platinum Financing plans to cover their dental expenses. This is a fast, flexible and affordable option for our patients! Best of all, the UICCU is a local, Iowa-based financial institution, offering local communication, local processing and great local service for our patients. UICCU Platinum Financing considers all loan applications, with no minimum credit score requirement and a secured online application for our patients to apply for financing.
This is an opportunity for patients who do not currently have dental insurance, exceeded insurance benefit for the year, or if the procedure needed is not covered by their current insurance. At Family Dental Health, our patients’ oral health is important, this opportunity is exclusively offered to our patients from UICCU:

Interest rate is at 0% for all short-term options, subject to approval by UICCU. The UICCU is Federally insured by NCUA. No prepayment penalties. Family Dental Health Services (FDHS) offers the terms listed above to current patients, does not have any influence or participate in the UICCU approval/non approval of underwriting status, or APR offered.
